Alex is a Vice President on Green Street’s Data & Analytics team, which provides proprietary analytics and leads product development and data infrastructure efforts for the global Research department. She plays a key role on product development initiatives which have included the launch of Green Street’s enhanced web platform and market-level data expansion into the Self-Storage and Single-Family Rental sectors. Alex also supports the data infrastructure for many of Green Street’s flagship macro Research reports including the Commercial Property Monthly and Global Property Allocator. Alex earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with dual majors in Finance and Real Estate from the University of San Diego.
