Jake is a Vice President in Green Street’s Advisory Group, which provides strategic advisory and valuation analysis for a variety of companies in the commercial real estate industry. Since joining the firm in 2019, he has played an instrumental role in engagements focused on transaction advisory, company valuation, and investor messaging, primarily in the non-traditional property sectors. Prior to Green Street, Jake worked as an associate for a F500 brokerage and custodial firm. He earned a B.S. in Finance from San Diego State University. In addition, Jake is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charterholder.
