Lillian is Vice President of Green Street’s Advisory Group, which provides strategic advisory and valuation analysis for a variety of companies in the commercial real estate business. In this position, she plays a pivotal role in public-private transactions, corporate and portfolio strategy, valuation and investor messaging. Lillian has nine years of experience underwriting transactions across both traditional and non-traditional property types, including data centers, lodging, retail, industrial, office, multifamily, single-family rental (SFR), student housing and mixed-use developments. Prior to joining Green Street, Lillian spent three years in private equity real estate. She began her career in investment management, spending five years at PIMCO. Lillian earned an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School with a concentration in Real Estate, and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Economics from Dartmouth College.
