Rob spearheads Green Street’s commercial real estate research and expansion initiatives in Australia, as part of the firm’s broader Asia-Pacific platform. Previously, he led Green Street’s European retail and industrial platform, covering both listed property companies and direct markets across Europe, and has intimate knowledge spanning logistics, warehousing, industrial parks, shopping centres, and retail parks across 30 private European markets. He has consistently delivered widely cited thought leadership on capital allocation, asset quality, and market valuation. His analysis has been featured in the Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal, Reuters, Bloomberg, and CNBC. Since joining Green Street in 2017, Rob has advised institutional investors, capital allocators, and business operators across global capital markets and commercial real estate.
Before joining Green Street, Rob worked in equity research at Jefferies and Espirito Santo, in transaction advisory at Ernst & Young, and led a real estate venture in Kenya. A Chartered Accountant, he holds an MEng in Civil Engineering from Imperial College London. He was also a founding member of Green Street’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion council and brings nearly two decades of professional experience in finance and commercial real estate.
