Sage is a Senior Associate in Green Street’s Advisory Group, which provides strategic advisory and valuation analysis for a variety of companies in the commercial real estate business. Since joining the firm in 2020, he has played an instrumental role in engagements focused on transaction advisory, company valuation, and investor messaging in both traditional and non-traditional real estate sectors. Prior to Green Street, Sage worked in acquisitions and asset management for a public non-traded residential REIT. He earned an M.B.A from INSEAD and a B.A. in International Relations from Brigham Young University.
