Seth is a Managing Director and Head of Green Street's Market Analytics team, which helps institutional commercial real estate investors make better capital allocation decisions in both the public and private markets. Seth has been with Green Street since 2013, holding various leadership positions including, Head of Institutional Equity Sales and Head of Enterprise Account Management. Prior to joining Green Street, Seth was a member of ISI's #1 ranked Institutional Investor REIT research team covering the apartment, student housing and storage sectors. Seth began his career at Merrill Lynch working on the equity trading desk covering REITs. Seth earned a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, majoring in Economics and Political Science.
