Carly Contursi is the Vice President, People & Culture at Green Street. As part of the People & Culture team, she plays a critical role in supporting and aligning business strategy by developing high performing teams. Carly holds a B.A. from University of California Santa Cruz and an M.B.A. from California State University Fullerton. She has a proven track record as a partnership builder, strategic planner, and action-oriented problem solver with experience as a global HR leader having worked at brands such as Johnson & Johnson, Experian and most recently Seismic. In her last position she was even a member of the President's Club. Her passion for fostering inclusivity and creating an exceptional employee experience makes her a true culture champion. We are confident her leadership will be a significant asset to both Green Street and our P&C team as we continue to grow.
