Daniel leads Forecasting and Data Science team at Green Street. He is primarily focused on the continued development of the firm’s market forecasting capabilities, with application to commercial real estate valuation and analytics.

Prior to joining Green Street, he spent five years in the risk analytics team at Costar, supporting bank clients with regulatory stress testing engagements and various commercial real estate forecasting and loan portfolio analytics. His prior roles have been in the banking, insurance, and fintech space, where he focused on analytical and modeling functions for consumer finance, residential and commercial mortgages, including development and validation of loan origination, credit risk and pricing models. Daniel earned his Bachelor’s in Applied & Computational Mathematical Sciences from the University of Washington in Seattle, and his Master’s in Applied Statistics from Cornell University.
