Edoardo is the Pan-European sector head of retail, industrial and net lease for Green Street. As such, he covers eighteen listed property companies and 30 private markets across the U.K. and Europe. He had previously covered numerous other sectors, including health care and hotels, as well as co-authored thought leadership reports on numerous topics in the property space. Edoardo has been quoted widely in the financial media, including The Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal and Bloomberg. He is a member of the Society of Property Researchers in the United Kingdom. Before joining the team in 2021, he worked in Green Street's Advisory Group providing strategic advice and corporate finance solutions to companies and investors in commercial real estate. Prior to joining the firm in 2017, he worked at Duff & Phelps where he focused on corporate finance advisory and complex asset valuations and PwC as an auditor. Edoardo has degrees in Economics from both the Université Catholique de Louvain and Maastricht University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder. His native language is French and he also speaks Italian.
