Emily Arft is an Analyst on the retail research team at Green Street. For the past three years, Arft has focused on the Strip Center and Mall sectors. Her primary responsibility is to maintain Mall grades and valuations on Green Street’s retail database and to provide insightful commentary on relative developments within the Mall sector. Arft has been quoted by Bloomberg News and other media outlets for her retail property expertise. Prior to joining Green Street, Arft worked in the fixed-income department for Capital Group. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Irvine.
