Harsh Hemnani is an Analyst on Green Street’s Net Lease and Ground Lease sector teams. Since joining the firm in 2019, Harsh has worked with Green Street’s Industrial, Cold Storage and Lodging teams. He has helped initiate coverage on companies such as Safehold, Americold and Agree Realty. Harsh earned a M.S. in Finance from the University of Rochester, a B.A. in Economics from the H.R College of Commerce and Economics and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
