Jennifer Hillman is the Director of Global Training at Green Street. Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Jennifer built a career of over 11 years of sales experience and over 15 years of training and performance enablement experience. At Green Street, she has created training and development programs for new hires, existing team members and leaders which combine an excellent overall employee experience with the relevant skills and knowledge to drive high results. Jennifer earned an MBA from Belmont University and completed her undergraduate business degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison
