Kelly is a Vice President of People & Culture on the Human Resources team at Green Street. She has been with the firm for over 10 years, joining the HR team in 2016. Kelly is responsible for employee relations, employee benefits, policy direction, performance management processes, and supporting talent acquisition. Kelly is passionate about identifying opportunities to improve HR processes, providing guidance to Green Street’s employees and senior management, and enhancing HR best practices. Prior to this role, she worked as an Executive Administrator at Green Street, working primarily on HR projects.
