Natalie Higdem is the Head of Revenue Operations. Natalie brings a wealth of experience as a strategic business leader, most recently from her role as Chief of Staff to the VP Global Sales & Customer Success (formerly Innovyze) at Autodesk Water, a global leader in water infrastructure data analytics software supporting over 3,000 customers in nearly 60 countries. In this role, she acted as a trusted advisor, force multiplier, and proxy to the VP, and established a rhythm of business for a global team, including quarterly offsites, cross-functional interlocks, and executive updates. She has expertise in aligning sales, marketing, and customer success teams to leverage data driven insights and optimize processes to drive cohesive and efficient revenue growth.
Natalie also served as Senior Director of Corporate Strategy for PowerA, a global provider of licensed video game accessories, where she developed and led long-range planning, ran market data and analytics, and established a strategic planning process. She was a key member of the executive team that enabled a successful acquisition of PowerA by ACCO Brands in 2020, by driving financial modeling, deal thesis development, and post-merger integration.
She holds an MBA from Rice University and a BA in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Houston.
