Reagan is a Vice President of People & Culture at Green Street, where she manages the recruiting and human resource functions for the firm. Reagan is the central point of accountability for improved talent sourcing, selection, and retention efforts across multiple disciplines and locations. In addition, she confers with senior leadership to identify personnel needs and develop workforce planning strategies. The strong working relationships Reagan has developed with Green Street leaders, community organizations, and universities create a partnership that enables the firm to obtain top talent. She earned her bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University.
